📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop retail outlet relationships, ensuring product availability and sales targets are met.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and implement marketing strategies tailored to local retail environments.
• Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
