📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
• Promote menu items and special offers to enhance sales.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including table decorations and equipment management.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic event planning and setup.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
