📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and media relations.
• Create and manage content for various platforms including social media, website, and email newsletters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities for positive media exposure.
• Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including social media accounts and website.
• Organize and execute internal and external communication events and campaigns.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communication or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Proficiency in using tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
