In this role, you'll work closely with our head chef and kitchen team to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. You'll also assist with food inventory management, kitchen maintenance, and supporting the dining staff during service. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including food inventory management.
• Support the dining staff during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient food service process.
• Assist with kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall atmosphere and customer experience at Gigi Susu.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and dress code.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, ovens, and grills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the culinary arts.
