📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Promote and upsell our craft beers, creating engaging and memorable experiences for customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve business performance.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control.
• Assist in special events and promotions to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and the ability to promote and sell it effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Passionate about craft beer and community building.
