📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, from invoice issuance to payment collection.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all receivables transactions using QuickBooks.
• Manage and resolve any discrepancies in client payments, working closely with the finance team.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce collection periods.
• Monitor and analyze receivables data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Provide regular reports on receivables performance to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and financial regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong background in global cash flow management.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce for financial and receivables management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and practices.
• Certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills a bonus.
