📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and orientation.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the company's overall success by driving HR initiatives that support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multicultural or international environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HR functions and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
