📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the account receivable process, including invoice generation, tracking, and collection.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments from tenants and vendors.
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to account receivable.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to support decision-making within the finance department.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors, fostering a positive and productive business environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in account receivable management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes or systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in account receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on account receivable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to account receivable.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
