As an FM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive facility management strategies to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the hospital's infrastructure. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality facilities that meet the needs of patients, staff, and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement facility management plans, including space planning, asset management, and maintenance scheduling.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to manage the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Train and mentor staff on facility management best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that facility management objectives are integrated into the overall project plan.
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in facility management and incorporate them into the hospital's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on healthcare facilities preferred.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in facility management software, such as FM:pro, Archibus, or ServiceMax.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and standards relevant to healthcare facilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
