🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit offerings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
