PT Bumi Surya Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
