📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store meets all business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
