📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process permit declarations for sea freight shipments.,Oversee the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations.,Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.,Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of shipment status and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sea Freight Operations or a similar role.,Proven experience in permit declarations, imports, and exports.,Strong knowledge of Singapore's customs and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Valid Singaporean work permit and passport.
