Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and other industry stakeholders.,Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
