IS Professional Services Opc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in Bali, contributing to the procurement processes within our Oracle Fusion environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in the procurement module.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough analysis of procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents for procurement enhancements and new features.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.,Design and implement business process improvements in the Oracle Fusion procurement module.,Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support in their development.,Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.,Provide training and support to end-users on procurement processes and Oracle Fusion functionalities.,Monitor and report on procurement process performance, identifying trends and areas for further improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on procurement processes.,Proven experience in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in the procurement module.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.,Certification in Oracle Fusion or a related field is a plus.
