Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.Monitor and control budgets, ensuring that the property operates within financial guidelines.Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are met and maintained.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.Ensure that the property is well-maintained and that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and comfortable.Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve the guest experience.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.Proven track record of managing and leading operational teams.Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
