📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Implement and maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless logistics operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics transactions and activities.,Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, including training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and achieving operational goals.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logistics issues effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics and supply chain management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
