📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified physiotherapy and healthcare professionals.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment recommendations.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient recruitment processes.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR leadership team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
