📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Accurately code and document patient medical records according to national and international coding standards.,Review and verify medical records for accuracy and completeness.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper documentation of patient care.,Maintain and update coding systems and software.,Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and errors.,Provide training and support to junior clinical coders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coding guidelines and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field.,Certification from a recognized medical coding organization, such as AAPC or AHIMA.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical coding.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems, including ICD-10 and CPT.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
