In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the lighting and furniture sector. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and you will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the lighting and furniture industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the lighting and furniture market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
