As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Monitor client needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage the account team and provide guidance and support.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
