📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Screening and evaluating resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conducting initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other team members.,Providing feedback to candidates on their interview performance and next steps in the hiring process.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through professional associations, alumni networks, and other resources.,Collaborating with other departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
