📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
