📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization,Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of our hiring process,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition,Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)
