📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, emails, and other communications between Indonesian and Chinese teams.
• Assist in managing production schedules and coordinating with suppliers.
• Ensure smooth operations in the factory by monitoring production processes.
• Assist in quality control by inspecting finished products.
• Support the marketing team by assisting with translations for promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all translations and production activities.
• Assist in training new employees on production processes and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in translation or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to China for business purposes.
