📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles,Inspect vehicles to identify and diagnose mechanical issues,Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials,Train and mentor junior mechanics,Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work,Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the workshop

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
