📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Monitor and maintain financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
