The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures.,Manage guest reservations and room assignments.,Process payments and handle guest inquiries.,Maintain accurate records of guest information.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Provide information about local attractions and services.,Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
