📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and document current business processes,Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions,Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes,Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes,Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis or a related role,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or similar,Familiarity with enterprise software and systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
