📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing direct patient care.,Update and maintain patient records accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the head nurse.,Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the head nurse.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and patient record-keeping.,Ability to lift and move patients as required.,Valid nursing license and certification.
