📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Participate in product launches and promotions to boost sales.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture is an advantage.
