📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist with room service and concierge services.,Maintain a clean and organized guest room.,Perform general housekeeping tasks as required.,Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure a high standard of service.,Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
