As the Business Operations Lead, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the CEO to streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure seamless execution of our strategic initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in business operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement scalable business operations systems using tools like Salesforce and SAP.
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in business operations, including lean management and Six Sigma.
• Lead and mentor operational teams to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business operations, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
• Certifications in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or other relevant operational methodologies.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing business operations systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in the proptech industry is a plus.
