📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
