📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs in line with company objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their development needs and provide tailored support.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities and events.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
